<\/i><\/span>– 1 sachet de levure chimique (7gr)

Tout d’abord<\/b><\/u>, m\u00e9langez tr\u00e8s onctueusement les \u0153ufs et le sucre, puis incorporez le beurre et m\u00e9langez encore. Ajoutez le sel, suivi de la farine tamis\u00e9e, de la levure et m\u00e9langez doucement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pour obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00ab\u00a0grossi\u00e8rement\u00a0\u00bb homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>

Puis<\/b><\/u> formez une boule, abaissez-la sur 5mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur entre 2 feuilles de papier cuisson (ou du film \u00e9tirable) et r\u00e9servez au frais au moins 4h00 (mieux, toute la nuit\u2026)<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ensuite<\/b><\/u>, pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (th. 6)\u00a0; pr\u00e9levez vos fonds de tartelettes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce ou d\u2019un verre, et disposez-les dans les moules \u00e0 tartelettes. Enfournez pour environ 10 \u00e0 12mn. Enfin, au bout de 5mn de refroidissement, utilisez le dos d\u2019une petite cuill\u00e8re pour appuyer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au centre des sabl\u00e9s et pouvoir ainsi mieux disposer la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

–<\/i> <\/i>25<\/i> cl de lait <\/i>entier (on peut y glisser 1\/2 gousse de vanille)<\/i>
<\/i>–<\/i> <\/i>2 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/i>
<\/i>–<\/i> <\/i>50<\/i> gr de <\/i>sucre semoule<\/i>
<\/i>– <\/i>2<\/i>0 <\/i>gr de farine<\/i><\/span><\/p>

Portez <\/b>le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition ; pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs avec le sucre. Ajoutez la farine tamis\u00e9e, puis le lait chaud petit \u00e0 petit. Replacez sur feu doux sans cesser de m\u00e9langer, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me <\/span>\u00e9paississe \u00e0 consistance souhait\u00e9e. Laissez refroidir.<\/span><\/p>

– des fruits frais\u00a0: groseilles, fraises, framboises, mures, cassis, myrtilles…etc.

Etalez<\/b> de la cr\u00e8me sur les tartelettes, (les puristes utiliseront une poche \u00e0 douille), garnissez de<\/span>s fruits que vous aurez choisis et saupoudrez de sucre glace.<\/span><\/p>
